Returns
We accept returns on eligible physical items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- In its original condition
- In its original packaging, when applicable

Non-Returnable Items
Because of the nature of these products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Original artwork
- Hand-painted bookmarks
- Handmade or custom items
- Digital downloads
- Printable files
- Personalized items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Digital Products
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all digital downloads and printable files are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
